| 1947 | Kanzaki KokyuKoki Mfg. Co., Ltd. was established in Nagasu, Amagasaki by Magokichi Yamaoka, the founder of Yanmar Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Yanmar Diesel.) |

| 1955 | Recognized success throughout Japan with the development of a gear-shaving machine. |
| 1960 | Established Head Office plant in Inadera, Amagasaki City. |

| 1967 | Started production of transmission for Yanmar tractors. |
| 1972 | Started production of rice planters. |
| 1977 | Started production of compact tractors. |
| 1983 | Certified by the Ministry of Transportation as an approved manufacturer compliant with the "Ships Safety Act".. |
| 1984 | Certified by the Ministry of Transportation as an approved manufacturer by the ABS (American Bureau of Shipping). |
| 1989 | Established TUFF TORQ CORPORATION, a subsidiary company in Tennessee, USA. |
| 1992 | TUFF TORQ CORPORATION won "Governor's Excellent Award" from the state of Tennessee as first Japanese company. |
| 1994 | Kanzaki Kokyukoki Mfg. Co., Ltd. and all Kanzaki products are certified under ISO 9001 standards for management of quality control systems. |
| 1997 | Celebrated its 50th anniversary. |
| 1999 | Kanzaki Kokyukoki Mfg. Co., Ltd. is certified under ISO 14001 standard for environmental management systems. |
| 2001 | Established "P.T. YKT GEAR INDONESIA" in Indonesia. |
| 2001 | TRANSAXLE MANUFACTURING OF AMERICA CORPORATION established in South Carolina, U.S.A.

| 2002 | Transferred tractor and construction equipment to Yanmar Co., Ltd. |
| 2003 | Transferred marine gear operation from Yanmar Co., Ltd. |
| 2004 | Expanded head office factory and relocated Amagasaki factory near head office. |
| 2008 | Launched compact twin IHT, transmission for zero-turn riding mowers. |
| 2009 | Received Yanmar Innovation Award Gold Prize for DUP, Dual Piston Pump. |
| 2010 | Launched YXH series, large gear box for marine vessels. |
| 2011 | Received Yanmar Innovation Award Gold Prize for KXH, hydraulic 4WD. |
| 2012 | Received "Innovation Award" for GSU180 (International shaving machine) by JSAI, the Japan Society for the Advancement of Inventions. |
| 2013 | Opened the welfare facility, "Yawaragi Plaza". |
| 2014 | Received "Yanmar Innovation Award Gold Prize" for TZT, transmission for zero-turn riding mowers.
Celebrated "TUFF TORQ CORPORATION" 25th anniversary. |
2016 | Opened "P．T．YKT GEAR INDONESIA" Karawang new gear factory. |
