Tractors offer specific challenges. In many cases, the drive hydraulic system is completely separate from the working system. Luckily, Kanzaki has solutions for both.
Within a tractor, the working and driving systems are separated. Gear pump and control valves are for the working system while our HSTs, IHTs (intergrated HST), and I-HMT (downsized transmission with planetary gear) are what drive the system.
1. IHT (Integrated Hydrostatic transmission)
The integration of the HST (variable transmission) has allowed us to develop a smaller and lighter machine. The IHT has various models to accommodate for small lawn tractors, larger garden tractors and a 4WD series for an additional hydraulic frontaxle.
2. HST/I-HMT
The HST, located between the engine and the transmission, can transmit variable power to drive the machine.
3. Main Clutch Valve / 4. Riverse Valve
These valves are on/off controls to the transmission, surrounding funtions, etc.
5. Control Valve / 6. Flow Dividing Valve / 7. Control Valve / 8. Position Control Valve
A specific valve works for each device to move and control its position even on rough terrain.
